Property Maintenance
We understand that it may not always be possible for Owners to travel to their property. We are on hand to carry out any property maintenance issues should they arise. We can also project manage any works that are required at the property.
Cleaning

Management
We'll make sure you're always covered by checking up on your property monthly or weekly at whatever frequency is needed for each individual property, we will report back any issues straight away so they can be dealt with within 24 hours.

Not only are our changeover fees always fixed by the number of bedrooms, but all bed linen and towels are also included.

If that wasn’t enough, all of our cleaning consumables and guest starter packs are also included in the price of a changeover.

Cleaning, full white bed linen and white towel supply, cleaning and guest consumables along with post changeover quality control reports all come as standard with Welsh Property Management.

Larger properties can often need addtional cleaning time externally or due to variable bed configurations. We’ll always discuss this with you before providing a full quotation.
